This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent - I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me during my stay. Additionally, the location, although a bit tricky to find at first, turned out to be a hidden gem nestled in a beautiful green area with a park nearby.
All was satisfactory, no improvements necessary.

My experience wasn't the best and it was during New Year's Eve. Although they had some beautiful decorations, the staff wasn't friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area surrounded by greenery and plenty of fresh air. The free shuttle service every 20 minutes made it easier to get around. The rooms come equipped with a fridge and there is also a water cooler in the hallway which was convenient.
The carpets in the rooms were highly stained and looked outdated. The breakfast was not satisfactory, the coffee tasted like instant and the staff were rude.
